It gives us immense joy to announce the most awaited event of the year for our children: the “ALOHA Mental Arithmetic International Competition”, which will be held in Kuala Lumpur, capital of Malaysia: The city that boasts of a perfect blend of modern and traditional architecture. You will love it! For the foodies, it gives the most incredible gastronomic experience ever.
This is an event that tests the perfect mind and hand coordination skills needed to master Arithmetics!

It’s easy to register for the event. You just have to follow some simple steps:
- Invite your parents to the Competition.
- Fill the Registration Form at your ALOHA Centre.
- Remit the fee in advance to confirm the registration.
- Encourage other ALOHA students to attend.
- Practice every day with zeal vigor and enthusiasm. Remember you will be competing with students from different countries.
- So get set and go and enjoy Malaysia!

Kuala Lumpur:
The capital of Malaysia is widely recognized for numerous landmarks, including Petronas Twin Towers, the Petaling Street flea market, and Batu Caves, which is over 400 million years old.
Petronas Twin Towers: In 1998, they were declared the tallest buildings in the world. They are twin skyscrapers with a sky bridge and an astonishing observation deck.
Petaling street: It’s the greatest shopping street in Chinatown Kuala Lumpur. You will find stalls selling clothes, souvenirs, and accessories at cheap prices.
Menara Tower: It is the world’s 7th tallest tower, also, Malaysia and Southeast Asia’s tallest tower. Its construction was completed on 1994.
King’s Palace: Has a beautiful architecture and impressive garden view.
Archeological sites nearby:
Batu Caves: Just north of Kuala Lumpur, Batu Caves has three main caves featuring temples and Hindu shrines. Its main attraction is the large statue of the Hindu God at the entrance.
The Aquaria KLCC: Is an underwater park located below the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center.

Kuala Lumpur is a paradise of diverse and delicious street food of all kinds. You will be able to taste the delicious expressions of traditional food like Rasam and Fish curry. Every dish in your journey will be exquisite, surprising and a treat to you appetite.
Rasam: A delightful soup with selected herbs which aids digestion.
Roti canai: Prepared with salt and butter, it’s tossed like a pancake.
Nasi lemak: Infused with pandan leaves, a mound of coconut-milk-soaked rice forms part of a daily culinary routine in KL.
Satay: Satay – Known around the world (skewered type), these succulent kebab-like portions come with a variety of options including beef, chicken, venison, and rabbit.
