Over its 20 year history, ALOHA Mental Arithmetic has come to symbolise the pinnacle of excellence not only in Abacus and Mental Arithmetic training but also to develop the cognitive abilities and instill a positive attitude in the child.
Every year hundreds of young skilled children aged 5-16, accompanied by their teachers, trainers and parents, gather together from around the world to compete in this competition and test themselves against demanding international standards. They represent the best of their peers drawn from national competitions held in their countries.
This year International competition was conducted at the Equatorial hotel, Cameron Highlands, Malaysia on the 25th of May, 2013.
Over 400 Students travelled all across the globe to demonstrate their capability of calculation with abacus, the competition started at 10 o’clock in the morning, students attempted to complete various complexities in just 5 minutes and many of them were proclaimed as Champions, a special trophy of Grand Champions
was honoured to the students with extra ordinary performance as we understand that rewards and recognitions are the two important means to acknowledge & cultivate excellence in our organisation.
In the prize giving ceremony the trophies were handed over to our brilliant students from our founder Mr. Loh Mun Sung, Mrs. Kiran Motwani, International Director, Mr. Haider Ali, MD ALOHA Bangladesh, Mr. Saiful Karim, Chairman ALOHA Bangladesh, Mr. Jaydeep Mishra, ALOHA Bahrain, it was our great pleasure to have them.
This was another memorable day for ALOHA Mental Arithmetic as a new member joined in the family, signing ceremony of Bahrain was performed and witnessed by hundreds of people.
The event got over at 5 o’clock in the evening, thanks to all our students, teachers, trainers, parents and delegates to make this event a HUGE SUCCESS !!!
